Dan Murphy’s Cheltenham opened in June 2019. A permit

has been issued for stage 2. We are finalising an anchor tenant
for the ground floor retail with construction due to commence in 2020.

Dan Murphy’s recognised the high

exposure location on Bay Road at the

gateway to some of Melbourne’s most

prestigious Bayside suburbs of Beaumaris, Black Rock, Sandringham and Hampton. The position is ideal to service these affluent catchments who have limited alternative options, with the closest Dan Murphy’s stores located in

Brighton East or Parkdale.

Stage 2 of Cheltenham is a $16.5m commercial development situated on Bay Road within the newly established Bayside Business District.

Designed by renowned architect Watson Young, the project will cater for both commercial and industrial use.

The commercial aspect comprises12 separate tenancies, each carefully considered to allow for a wide-array of possible tenants. Designed to be carved up either vertically or horizontally, the completed commercial aspect of the project will accommodate three levels of premium office/showroom space within the prized bayside locality.

The industrial aspect offers 12 modern industrial spaces purposely designed to accommodate the needs of both small business and private use. Whether it be a small online retailer or a secure place to store personal possessions, we have been sure to accommodate for the needs of our end users.

Neighbouring a completed Dan Murphy’s, the direct benefits of neighboring a national blue chip tenant are obvious. Coupled with the convenience of a local, brand new workspace it offers a compelling solution to those seeking an improved work-life balance.
