Why we chose it: Situated within the Armstrong Creek Town Centre and fronting the Surf Coast Highway presented a magnificent opportunity for mixed-use development within the booming Surf Coast region. With over 34,000 cars passing the site each day and supported by a rapidly expanding residential catchment, the site lends itself to a mix of Quick Service Retail (QSR), restricted retail, recreation and childcare uses. Awarded the swimming venue for the upcoming 2026 Commonwealth Games and home to national tenants including Coles, Dan Murphy’s, McDonald’s and 7-Eleven, the town centre precinct is thriving.

Our process: Preliminary discussions with a range of prospective tenants is currently underway. Following a level of pre-commitments for the project, a town planning application for a mixed-use development will be lodged with local council for consideration.

The outcome:
Upon permit approval, we anticipate construction to commence onsite Q1 2024 with an expected completion date in 2025.
