380 Degrees is located in Bay Street Brighton,
an affluent suburb just 12kms south from Melbourne’s CBD.

This mixed-use project consists of 94 apartments and a 4,800sqm full-line Coles Supermarket, which was completed ahead of schedule in December 2013. This project was highly successful with all of the one, two and three bedroom apartments selling out prior to project completion. The units appealed to a variety of owner occupiers and investors. The supermarket design and layout created a benchmark for new Coles stores of this size.
